TRIO PHAM
‘TRIO PHAM’ is a 'phamily' – two brothers, violinists and viola players: VINH
(graduated from International Menuhin Academy in Gstaad, tutored by
i.a. Ivry Gitlis, Yehudi Menuhin and Alberto Lysy) and ZUNG (student of i.a. Tibor Varga and Ivry Gitlis) and their sister, a cellist, MINH
QUYEN (studied in Paris and Bloomington tutored by Janos Starker and
Iseut Chuat).
Born in Paris they follow Tuyêt’s - their older sister’s music steps; she was the first in the family to play the piano (she lives and works in Berlin currently) and when the siblings meet on the stage to play music together – they do it as «QUATUOR PHAM»).
«TRIO PHAM», who experience genuine joy and special emotions playing together as a family, are soloists, laureates of international competitions, and members of prestigious orchestras and chamber ensembles. They have pure communicative, almost childlike pleasure to share the beauty with musical maturity and musicality. Thanks to unique sincere interpretation and evident love for the audience, they gained the skill to create music which is close, captivating and universal. Their music brings to our minds that it can be strong enough to touch crowds of listeners speaking most of all to their hearts.
